I take my health and safety seriously, and I’ve received my COVID-19 and Monkeypox vaccines.

Ready to book?

Screening is required for all new clients for my safety and comfort in knowing you won’t pose a threat to my well-being. Rest assured that I respect your need for discretion, and all information will be kept confidential. I use an encrypted ProtonMail address for security.

You will need to send me ALL of the following:

A selfie holding your driver’s license or other government ID.
- You may block out any information on the ID except for your full name, picture, birthdate, and ID expiration date.
Another selfie holding a piece of paper with the letter “J” and the current date on it.
LinkedIn (with 100+ connections) and/or work email from company website, or other verifiable employment information.
- I will send your work email a code from a discreet email address, for verification purposes only.

Employment Verification

LinkedIn (with 100+ connections), work email, or other verifiable employment information online is strongly preferred. However, if your proof of employment cannot be found online, you may upload a work badge, business card, screenshots, or anything else that would help me verify you.

Preferred Days & Times

Please list your preferred days of the week and times you are available, so I can best accommodate you. You may request a specific date and time (if at least 24 hours in advance), but I can't guarantee I'll be available. Please check my "Availability" page for updates on my schedule. *Same-day appointments have an additional $100 fee.

Incall or Outcall?

Incall is preferred. I only do outcalls to 3+ star hotels.

For requests for 3 hours or longer, please describe how you'd like us to spend our social time together.

Do you need me to be fragrance-free for discretion purposes?

Did you get your COVID-19 vaccine?

Not required for booking, but this helps me with my screening.

I have read the etiquette and payment policies and understand that:

The policies on the "Etiquette" and "Rates" pages must be read fully.

All inquiries without COMPLETE screening information will be ignored.

A 30% deposit is required to secure my appointment via Zelle or crypto. *50% deposit is required for cities outside of Austin.

If the deposit is paid by Zelle, the total fee *in cash* is required at the beginning of my appointment, and the deposit will be refunded at payment.

While receiving a form submission is preferred, you have the option to send the required screening information through email. You must include information from every required field that is on the form, or your request will be ignored.

Please note: I have a very busy full-time schedule outside of this, so I have limited time to respond to inquiries. I prioritize reviewing form submissions before any direct emails.

For other inquiries:

I don’t respond to inquiries about information that can be found on my website. If you have a specific question about my availability or something else that’s not answered on my website, I recommend that you fill out my booking form with the required screening information and add your question at the end. This shows me that you are serious about seeing me if our schedules line up. As a reminder: If you email me directly rather than submitting my form, you may receive a delayed response.
