Requesting a Date

If you would like to book me for a specific date/time, please fill out my form at least 48 hours in advance of your requested time slot - the further in advance, the better. I need time to complete screening and secure the incall location. I can’t guarantee that I will be available for your requested time slot, but there is a higher chance I will be if you book further in advance.

In the rare case I am available for a same-day request, I require an additional fee of $100.
